Processing and delivery
Ships within 1–2 business daysOrders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Discreet packaging
Plain outer packagingAll shipments use plain, unmarked outer packaging. No company name, product names, or any identifying research chemical terminology appears on the box or label.
Lyophilized and stable
Room temp transit safeAll peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which is stable at ambient temperature during transit. Cold-chain packaging is not required for shipping. Refrigerate the vials (4°C) when your order arrives, or keep them at −20°C for longer storage.
US domestic only
Continental US shippingWe currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time. This policy is subject to change.
Lost or damaged orders
Contact us within 7 daysIf your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
No returns once shipped, research compounds only
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. To protect product integrity, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped; damaged, incorrect or lost orders are replaced or refunded.
